How do I pay by credit card?

During checkout, select PayPal and click "Pay with PayPal." In the next step, select "Pay with credit or debit card." A PayPal account is not required for this process.

What are the delivery times?

We will process your order within 2 working days.
After processing, we hand the order over to the shipping service provider, who usually delivers the goods in 2-3 working days.

In which file format do I have to provide my print file?

Please use the sewing pattern template in PDF format provided on the product page.

Can I place orders that aren't listed on the website? (e.g., larger quantities or other dimensions)

Can I return personalized goods?
